Steel Plate
to Sea Trial.
Naval architecture drawings, structural FEA analysis, and stability calculations submitted to classification society. All scantlings confirmed before first steel order.

CNC plasma cutting of all structural members from certified AH36 plate. Hull fabricated in modular blocks for parallel assembly — reducing schedule by up to 22% versus sequential methods.

Pre-fabricated blocks erected in dry dock by 100T overhead crane. All seams welded and radiographically tested. Keel certificate issued by attending surveyor.

Main engine installation, piping, electrical distribution, navigation and communication suites, and fishing gear systems installed concurrently with hull completion. Owner's representative on site throughout.

Stern-first launch, inclining experiment, harbour acceptance trials, and full sea trial to classification society requirements. Vessel delivered with all certificates, stability booklet, and training for crew.
